string quartet comprised of four professional string players: Eliza James and Rebecca Schlappich on violin, Lila Crosswhite on viola, and Danica Pinner on cello. In addition to high quality playing, Quartet405 produces custom arrangements, ranging from standards to supplementing new music. All members of Quartet405 are classically trained, but also have experience playing a variety of styles, including but not limited to pop, jazz, folk, country, and rock. The moniker “Quartet405” derives from the infamous Interstate 405 highway that runs through the southern and western parts of the Greater Los Angeles Area.
